Girls Not Brides is a global organisation focused on creating and sustaining a worldwide movement to end child marriage, and ensuring that this movement leads to tangible change for girls at risk or affected by the practice.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Latin America and the Caribbean. Based within the Learning and Impact Team, you will report to the Director of Learning and Impact and work closely with global colleagues.
The successful individual will have wide responsibilities including responsibility for strengthening Girls Not Brides’ work and influence in the LAC region, positioning the agenda to address ‘Child Early and Forced Marriage and Unions’ (CEFMU) at the regional and country level, growing our membership base, coalitions and National Partnerships and galvanising impactful collective action in the region to accelerate change.
We are looking for someone who is a confident networker and has demonstrable experience in a similar senior role.
This role can be located in Mexico, Guatemala or the Dominican Republic and the successful candidate must have the right to work in their chosen location.
The salary and benefits will be dependent on the location of the successful candidate. Please note that this role will be offered on a one year consultancy basis.
